To provide the utmost service and experience the following policies will apply to every Food Kreationz service.
 
Deposits are due within 24 hours of booking any food kreATIONZ SERVICE. That covers securing the tentative date, services, and any preliminary work (consultation, Menu research etc.).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Event quotes are only valid for 72 hours due to recent inflation.

Deposits are non-refundable.

All balances should be paid 7 days prior to each event. Payments made after that 7 day mark will incur a $150 fee, and an additional $25 fee will be added to your balance for each day the balance is still outstanding.

If the balance isn’t paid 48 hours prior to the event, said event will be canceled and all prior payments will be forfeited.
 
A cancellation fee (20% of your event/order total) will be assessed for rescheduled events. Clients can choose to pay the fee at the time of rescheduling or when they pay the remaining balance.  Clients have 30 days from the cancellation date to reschedule.

Cancelled events that are NOT rescheduled or exceed the 30-day time frame are assessed a cancellation fee 20% of the total. Non-payment of said fee will result in legal actions.
 
 2 consecutive cancellations will result in forfeiture of all event funds.
 
 
Food Kreationz has a strict NO REFUND POLICY!!

If your order is not what you expected, we will remake it or allow you to choose another Item of equal or lesser value.  There are very few IF ANY reasons we refund payments.

In the event we do oblige a refund, it will be instant if paid in cash. Debit/Credit Purchases are refunded within 15-45 days. 

clients requesting a refund within 48 hours of their event will only receive a partial refund if event items were previously purchased. Receipts for all purchases will be sent to the client for verification.

Clients requesting refunds for guests that canceled are subject to a discounted refund if the request is made within 12-24 hours of the event. if the request is made before that time frame the full per person price would be refunded within 15-30 days from the request date.

Food Kreationz reserves the right to add any applicable taxes or fees for the inconvenience of a last minute cancellation.

These policies and procedures apply to all Food Kreationz events, Invoices, and orders. By paying for your Deposit, Invoice, or order you agree to these terms and conditions.
 
Food products may contain the following ingredients: milk, soy, wheat, gluten, nuts, and eggs. client's ARE responsible for informing US of any possible food allergies at the time of CONSULTATION.
